Clients are responsible for maintaining relationships with their personal healthcare providers for medical care and treatment decisions.

Our services do not include the preparation, filing, or representation of VA disability claims on behalf of veterans. We do not act as agents or legal representatives in matters related to VA disability claims.

8.  Fees and Payment Obligations 

 All services are provided for a fixed, agreed-upon fee as outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Payment obligations, including deposit, installment, or deferred arrangements, are contractual and are not contingent upon the approval, denial, or outcome of any VA claim or benefits determination. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Return and Refund Policy below and any signed service agreement.  Payment obligations remain enforceable regardless of claim status, denial, appeal, or pending determination. 

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide valuable insights and guidance, Ace Veteran Medical Consulting, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of any VA disability claims, medical consultations, or advice provided. Each individual’s situation is unique, and results may vary.

The integrity and validity of services provided, including nexus letters, are based entirely on the information the client provides.

Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:

• Denial or cancellation of services;

• Revocation of any documents or reports provided;

• Refusal of future services;

• And, if applicable, notification to relevant authorities.

Providing fraudulent information may also violate federal laws, including but not limited to:

• Veterans Affairs Fraud;

• False Statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001);

• The False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729 – 3733);

• And any state or local laws governing fraud and misrepresentation.

Ace Veteran Medical Consulting, LLC reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate federal, state, or local authorities and will cooperate fully in any resulting investigation or legal action.
