At Ace Veteran Medical Consulting, we take pride in providing high-quality medical consulting services, including the creation of customized nexus letters. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Ace Veteran Medical Consulting are final. Once payment is made, clients are not entitled to a return or refund, except under specific circumstances as outlined below.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for all services, including but not limited to nexus letter consultations and development, is expected in full before the release of any documents. Services will not be rendered or delivered until payment is received and confirmed.
3. Case-by-Case Refund Review
Although all sales are final, we understand that unique situations may arise. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to internal review. Approval of any refund is solely at the discretion of Ace Veteran Medical Consulting.

4. One-Time Alteration Policy
We understand that clarity and accuracy are paramount. Therefore, a one-time alteration to the nexus letter may be requested after it has been provided. This alteration is not guaranteed and will be carefully considered based on the original information provided and prior discussions about how the letter would be composed.
Please note:
• Alteration requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the letter.
• Alterations are only made when they align with the documented medical evidence and the scope of our original consultation.
• Additional edits beyond the one-time allowance may incur additional fees.
