THE ACE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)
STEP 1: Intake
The process begins by submitting a request through any “Contact Us” link on our website or by emailing team@aceveteran.com. You will then receive a welcome email with a link to complete a brief intake form, allowing you to introduce yourself and outline the claims for which you are requesting a Nexus Letter.
It's that easy. Then wait less than 24 hours for our reply, where we will guide you into the next steps and the information needed.
STEP 2: Evidence Gathering
Our team walks you through the evidence needed for your specific claim and helps you organize the necessary records. Once received, we promptly review and strategically analyze the documentation to begin crafting a strong, VA-ready Nexus Letter tailored to your case. Documents we may need include:
- Recent VA Decision Letter
- Current Disability Breakdown
