Standard operating procedure

Process begins by completing the "Contact Us" link on our website. From there you will receive a welcome email and will be provided a link to complete the Intake Form that will briefly introduce yourself and the claims for which you are requesting a Nexus Letter. 

After reviewing the intake form, we may request certain documents as needed to review for accuracy and to ensure you are maximizing your potential gain from a Nexus Letter, i.e DD214, Military Service Medical Records, VA Medical Records, and Private Medical records pertaining to your case.  You will be provided a link to a secure portal to easily drop your documents for review. You will also be teamed with a member that will be available to help guide you into gathering the necessary documents and who can answer any questions.

Ace Squad Up! Our team will effectively and effiecntly review all information and decide how we can best support you with a Nexus Letter. If we decide a Nexus Letter will be ineffective for you at that time, we will be transparent, and help guide you into what may be best for you free of charge. After all our mission is to empower you with or without a Nexus Letter. 

Once we are teamed up we will go over exactly what our Nexus Letter will include, total one time cost with absolutely no hidden fees, and when you can expect your letter completion (~24-48h). 

Your personal comprehensive Nexus Letter signed by our licensed medical provider will be uploaded to your secure portal for review and download. Edits will be carefully considered and are free of charge if applicable. The letter can then be easily uploaded to your VA claim file or saved for a later time. 

We only write letters with one goal in mind, and that's to empower you to the benefits you earned. Once the VA reviews your claim with our attached Nexus Letter they will come to a decision. We can not guarantee any outcome, but if the result is not favorable we will review, and draft any new Nexus Letters for your Appeal or new supplemental claim at a discounted rate.  If the claim is successful, what you earned in your compensation is all yours and we will never take any back pay, or future VA payments.
